Cancellation Policy
• Showings must be booked 24+ hours in advance. Same-day is not guaranteed (please call). • Cancel or reschedule at least 12 hours ahead to avoid a no-show mark. • All fees must be paid the day before move-in. Appointment will be pushed if dues are not received. • Severe weather or emergencies may require us to reschedule. • Personal information collected on this site is securely stored and is not disclosed to the public. • Move-in and out checklist is required to be completed a week after move-in via email or in-person.
