When paying with Zelle, we may collect:

  • Payment amount

  • Payment date

  • Transaction confirmation

We do not store bank account numbers or Zelle login credentials.

Website Data

If you submit a form on our site, we may collect:

  • Form submission details (applications, maintenance requests, contact forms)

How We Use Your Information

  • Process rental applications

  • Conduct credit and background checks through TransUnion

  • Contact you regarding unpaid balances (as allowed by law and the lease)

  • Guarantor data is protected in the same manner as tenant data.

Zelle (for tenant payments)

Used solely to receive rental payments.
We do not store your banking credentials.

TransUnion (for screenings)

Used to verify credit, background, and rental history for application decisions.

 

Legal Authorities (if required)

Information may be disclosed to comply with:

  • Court orders

  • Eviction filings

  • Local, state, or federal laws

All business operations—including leasing, maintenance, tenant relations, and payment processing—are carried out by Glory Living LLC.

Payments are only accepted via Zelle, and background checks are conducted through TransUnion for applicant and guarantor verification.

 

Data Protection & Security

We take reasonable steps to protect sensitive information, including:

  • Secure document storage

  • Restricted access to personal data

  • Encrypted communication where applicable

  • Regular review of data handling policies

Although we safeguard your data, no method is 100% guaranteed.

 
Data Retention

We retain information for as long as necessary to fulfill property management and legal obligations:

  • Active tenants: duration of lease

  • Former tenants: up to 7 years

  • Applicants who are denied: up to 1 year

  • Guarantors: for the duration of the lease + any outstanding balances

 

Your Rights

You may request at any time to:

  • View the information we hold about you

  • Request corrections or updates

  • Request deletion (unless legally required to retain)

  • Limit non-essential communication
