The space

Welcome to our cozy and well-appointed home—perfect for families, friends, or business travelers. This property features 2 comfortable bedrooms: one with a queen bed and the other with two full beds, offering plenty of space to relax and recharge. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom for added comfort and privacy.

The fully equipped kitchen includes all the basic necessities you need to prepare meals, plus a dedicated coffee station to help you start your mornings right. You’ll also have access to a full washer and dryer unit for added convenience.

For remote workers or anyone needing a quiet space, there’s a dedicated workspace with seating. And when it’s time to unwind, step outside to the private backyard patio with seating for two—perfect for enjoying a cup of coffee or relaxing in the fresh air.

Our space is clean, inviting, and designed to make you feel right at home.

Other things to note

1. If you need extra cleaning services we can of course provide them with an extra cost.

2. We offer welcome amenities such as shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, toilet paper, kleenex, napkins, dish soap, dish sponge. Once they’re out, guests will have to provide their own.

3. Please make sure that all air conditioners and lights are turned off when leaving the house. Dishes, if used, need to be placed in the dish washer after washing.

4. Parking is limited! Available in the garage, in front of the garage (not blocking the neighbors’ red car), behind the side gate beside the house, and the outer street.
