Service Description
Welcome pack, lease agreement, move-in and out checklist, keys and any additional paperwork will be provided physically and via email. Prorated rent, security deposit, and first month's rent, and additional move-in fees must be paid before scheduled appointment. Move-in date will be pushed back until then.
Cancellation Policy
• Showings must be booked 24+ hours in advance. Same-day is not guaranteed (please call). • Cancel or reschedule at least 12 hours ahead to avoid a no-show mark. • All fees must be paid the day before move-in. Appointment will be cancelled if dues are not received. • Severe weather or emergencies may require us to reschedule. •Move-in and out checklist is required to be completed a week after move-in via email or in-person .
